Job Description

Design and fabrication of equipment for pig farming, including machining, welding, and lathe operations.

 Work Location

Sekine Co. Ltd. – Fukaya Factory

2347 Ōya, Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan

Eligibility

•            Expected graduation in March 2025 from a university or technical college

•            Recent graduates (within one year) also welcome

•            Valid driver’s license required (manual transmission preferred)

 Salary

•            University (4-year) graduates: ¥206,570/month

•            Junior college / Technical school (3-year) graduates: ¥193,410/month

 Allowances

Commuting allowance, family allowance, qualification allowance (for certified individuals under company policy), and more

 Bonuses

Twice a year (July and December)

 Retirement Benefits

Available after 3 years of continuous service, in accordance with company policy

 Working Hours

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute break included)

 Holidays & Leave

Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays

Year-end/New Year holidays

Total annual holidays in 2024: 123 days
