Product Introduction

Innovative sow management system designed to meet animal welfare requirements
Opti.Station is an innovative sow management system that enables individualized nutritional control even in group housing environments. By accurately identifying each sow using ear tags, the system automatically supplies feed customized to the pregnancy stage and physical condition. This helps stabilize the health of sows, improve reproductive efficiency, and enhance piglet growth performance.
  • Each feeding station can serve up to 20 sows.
  • Up to five stations can be linked together to accommodate larger groups.
  • Feed is dispensed in small portions, minimizing residue and ensuring hygienic conditions.
  • The dedicated software “Excellent 4PX” enables fully automated feeding and real-time management.
  • Remote monitoring and control are available via smartphones and tablets.
Liquid Feeding System for Improved Digestibility and Nutrient Absorption
  • Reduces feed costs by utilizing food residues
  • Supports all growth stages: breeding sows, weaners, and fattening pigs
  • Fine-tuned feed composition and quantity adjustment based on the pigs’ growth stage
  • Reduces nitrogen and phosphorus levels in excreta
  • Non-settling piping system using mix pipes
  • Feeding valves compatible with various types of liquid feed
  • Wide range of optional features (e.g., pH control system, alkaline cleaning system)
This system draws cooled air directly into the house through cooling pads, allowing it to pass through the interior at high velocity.
The air is then exhausted by multiple high-capacity ventilation fans installed on the opposite side, ensuring a constant flow of fresh, cool air throughout the facility.
Both the cooling pads and exhaust fans are automatically controlled by a climate management computer, maintaining optimal indoor conditions at all times.
During the winter season, the tunnel ventilation system automatically switches to a different mode.
Air intake through the cooling pads is blocked by motorized curtains, and instead, fresh air is evenly drawn in through ceiling-mounted inlet flaps.
The exhaust airflow is precisely regulated by inverter-controlled ventilation fans, managed by a climate control computer, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the house.
This ventilation system aligns exhaust fans along the eaves and introduces fresh air evenly through ceiling-mounted inlet flaps, ensuring uniform temperature distribution throughout the house.
During summer, the cooling pads are automatically activated, and wall inlets located near the cooling pads are opened to allow direct intake of cool air into the facility.
This system provides highly effective ventilation in both summer and winter, minimizing temperature fluctuations and maintaining a stable indoor climate year-round.
