Sekine History
In 1940, Yaichi Sekine founded Sekine Shoten, launching the sale of agricultural materials after branching out from Sekine Bennosuke Shoten (now Fukaya Warehouse), a business rooted in the legacy of Eiichi Shibusawa, a native of Fukaya City.

That same year, the Morioka Sales Office was founded as Tohoku Sekine Co., Ltd. (now the Tohoku Branch), and Kyushu Sekine Co., Ltd. was established in Kobayashi City, Miyazaki Prefecture (now the Kyushu Branch).
